TERMS OF DELIVERY

Delivery orders are accepted 24 hours, seven days a week.

The ordered products are delivered by a courier company to the delivery address specified by the customer, after confirmation of the order by phone, which fixes the exact delivery time.

The delivery time depends on the delivery and payment methods chosen by the customer, and the availability of the product at the time of the request. The term begins to run from the moment the order is confirmed by phone.

If the request is submitted on a non-working day, the confirmation of the order by phone takes place within the first working day after the order is submitted.

The average delivery time for the territory of Bulgaria, incl. and Sofia is up to 3 working days. If the payment method "Bank transfer" is selected, the delivery period begins after the payment amount is received on the bank account of Aquatrading BG OOD.

Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery of international shipments is made after advance payment by bank transfer.

Delivery times for international shipments are from 3 to 10 working days, depending on their type and the country to which they are destined.

The indicated delivery times are statistical and refer to deliveries to the main cities in the respective countries.

For shipments addressed to islands and remote locations, shipments subject to customs processing, shipments with an out-of-date or incomplete address, the specified delivery time may be extended.

Shipments with a customs value over $50 (for non-EU countries) are subject to customs processing, and the customs authorities have the right to assess and change the declared customs value of the shipments.

If the product is not in stock, the period can be significantly longer.

In case of high demand or unforeseen difficulty in processing orders, the deadline may also be extended.

In the event of circumstances leading to a delay in the execution of the order, the customer will be notified in a timely manner on the specified contact phone number or e-mail.

 

For deliveries to Bulgaria, we use Econt and Speedy companies for you.

 

- Econt Company Delivery with ECONT (delivery time - 1-2 days after processing the order; orders received by 2:00 p.m. the same day are processed every working day). If you want the delivery to be to an EKONT office, you will definitely have to specify this in the comments field for the order when you place it. The price of the service will be according to Econt's price list.

- Speedy company Delivery with SPIDI (delivery time - 1-2 days after processing the order; orders received by 2:00 p.m. the same day are processed every working day). If you want the delivery to be made to an AIDS office, you will definitely have to specify this in the remarks field for the order when you place it. The price of the service will be according to Speedy's price list.

 

 

Delivery costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases of additional agreement!
